Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Timeframes

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States, and orders above $100 receive free ground shipping.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping is $10 and orders are automatically upgraded to air delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s progress.

Delays

While we aim to meet the timeframes above, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We’ll notify you of any significant delay affecting your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
